street lights changing (lll)

as i can say the street light colors change

white: makes taxi textures and some other car textures go white instead of their specified color

orange: normal light, i need help to make lights lock on to this

green: im sure this is coming from traffic lamps but its not place coded so its green on places with not traffic lamps too

red: same for green

 

there's also the problem that the sky changes orange sometimes, i think its cuz of sun glares, can someone tell me how do i fix these?
