Does anyone miss bad sport lobby after finishing sentence?

This is 100% serious topic so please bare with me. I was recently sentenced to 4 days in bad sport and after going back a few times and back to the good sport lobby’s I can safely say that bad sport lobby is where I belong. The sessions in good sport are so boring half the time I need to cycle through 5-10 sessions just to get a lively one where the new bad sport system seems to group players together much better as Iv been constantly in full Lobby’s of bad sports at all hours of the day when it use to be hard to find 10 people in a bad sport lobby from years past. On top of the fact as mentioned bad sport lobby’s are always full of action and some of the most skills players so you end up honing your skills while in prison getting ready to go back into the general population, Thoughts? Does anyone else miss bad sport or wish that good sports had the option to join bad sport lobby’s whenever they wanted to?

No, no I do not. I enjoy playing the game, races, missions, etc. No one is BS that really does that so it’s boring. 
 

What they do enjoy is to constantly kill players and commit suicide so that is all that goes on. That’s not for me so I have no reason to ever make a random visit, lol.

No, the whole Bad Sport thing has no place in this game any more. Nice idea in 2013, but in 2020 it is an anachronism, because the main lobbies are filled with personal armed vehicles.

 

Not to mention the fact that Bad Sport points are received when you are (tactically) kicked and when you leave races in sheer frustration at the stupidity that is prevalent in them.

How can this be 100% serious topic when to get to "Bad Sport" lobby you literally "Can't be serious"

 

The people you are looking for are on youtube looking for dupe glitches and how to become god mode. 

 

So yeah, It would be great if after you're done "honing your skills" maybe you can bring a little variety to freemode without the need to ghost your organization for a kill, call a mk2 for 90% of everything, or lazer ground targets. You guy claim to have skill but you are the equivalent to a real life crack addict... That's just what I see. My thoughts.

Sorry but bs players are the most unskilled players and thats the reason why they are in bs. Using glitches and mk2 isnt skillful.

I was once in the bad sport lobby for 2 days like 5 years ago (damn). 

It was around the time vip registration was included. 

 

Back in the day people were still seriously going after bounties. 

And there wasn't a vip job that allowed you to blow up anyone. 

 

It was a time when the hydra and the Kuruma were griefer vehicles. 

Blowing up Kurumas put me into bs lobby. 

 

Can't say I miss it, can't say too much about it, there were like 3 players in. 

 

 

However, good sport lobbies are bad sport lobbies, depending on the amount of op mk2 users

Bad sport can be fun, assuming everyone is not cheating. I like dogfighting in bad sport and just flying very high until someone comes at me in a jet. I learned how to use my back camera and find off radar jets in bad sport.

Once some cheater/modded put me there. I felt ashamed to be there. I was not surprised to know that some people were “made” into a bad sport in the same way.

Me either. I don't think you're in there too long the first time (and I believe your time increases every visit). I've thought about getting myself sent there just to experience it. It's been 7 years and that's one of the few things I've never done in this game.

If you like freemode PvP with all the dirty tricks, you will probably enjoy bad sports.

I've spent more time in Bad Sport than most players I know. Three days ago, I came out of a 4 month sentence, and was thrilled to go back to being labeled a "clean player" again.

The problem is, that we're given weapons designed to annihilate other players, but then get penalized for using them. 

Sorry, I'm a clean player who likes to blow up other players. Am I a total knob? Yes, but it's how the game is designed.

But, to the point of the thread, after coming out of 4 months in Bad Sport, I found the vanilla world of people sitting around in their bunkers, delivering vehicles, doing Business Battles, etc. is just ridiculously boring.

I actually said to my wife (who just laughs at my GTAO habit), "I miss being in Bad Sport!"

At least in BS, you know what kind of people are there, you know exactly what to expect, and every time you log in it's going to be mayhem, chaos, and a non-stop adrenaline rush. Once you get used to that, after months, it's actually a lot more base-level fun than the regular game.

You can still do missions, jobs, etc. (just not with vanilla players), so there's always plenty to do. 

But, there's something about the level of insanity in BS that just doesn't exist in vanilla Free Roam. You have to be alert, creative, and be able to take a real GTA beating without getting bent out of shape. Just my opinions, of course.

Yep. The sentence started in October 2018 and ended in May 2020.

Probably around 8 times? I'm not quite sure. And yeah, the sentence increases as you get in there more. It eventually stops increasing at 2 years, I believe. It's such a stupid system

I hate getting Bad Sport points for quitting Open Wheel races. I mean what do they expect? On a ten lap race, I anxiously wait for those lights to go out and then weave my way through to the front, but the slipstream effect means that if I don't get round that first corner quick enough, a dozen noobs are going to slam into me at 400mph and cause my car to just disintegrate. So then I either have to crawl around the first lap, or limp back to the pits. Either way, if there are some tasty drivers in the race that escaped the first corner carnage, they have won it, I'm not going to be able to make that half a lap up usually. So I'm not going to sit there for 10+ minutes waiting for the race to end just to get a loss, I would rather take the loss and find the next race asap. But I'm a Bad Sport now. Stupid.

IMO, it's kind of ridiculous that the Bad Sport system still exists in the current state of the game. Oh you destroyed someone's griefing to defend your sale? Bad Sport!i Ridiculous really.

 

Even more ridiculous when you consider that Bad Sport lobbies aren't treated as a punishment anymore, but as some sort of hardcore PvP experience instead, which while kind of dumb, it's not surprising seeing the amount of people who like to PvP on this game, as broken and stale as it is.

 

Imagine that, instead of normal lobbies and Bad Sport lobbies, there were PvP and PvE lobbies instead. Everyone wins, except $TTWO of course.
