The Big Score is fun, because it's somewhat realistic. This one is just... awful. eejyool Posted January 7, 2021 Share Posted January 7, 2021 My absolute favorites are Caida Libre and Minor Turbulence. Minor Turbulence starts very slow. I like the fact that they tried to spice things up a bit by making you stay low, even if that mechanic can become a little annoying sometimes. But I love the music and the sense of loneliness it gives you. It's just you and Trevor in a Cropduster, admiring the beautiful landscapes on Blaine County. Then you get to the action part. It's so cool that you get to ram into the cargo bay and shoot your way up to the cockpit while military Mesas fall down from the bay, it really felt dynamic in a way instead of the classic GTA shootout. Finally the mission ends spectacularly with Trevor jumping off the giant cargo plane and landing back to where the mission started, accompanied with such an atmospheric theme. Quite the mission. Caida Libre is just pure fun, and it can also be a tad difficult if you're not too confident with the game's driving mechanics. Avoiding the natural obstacles of the map with the Sanchez takes a bit of skill. The cinematic moments are quite cool, and the pilot's dialogue really makes you feel that sense of urgency and gravity of the situation, aiding with the immersion. It's terrible, missions like this one make me not want to replay Grand Theft Auto V. Americana Posted January 9, 2021 Share Posted January 9, 2021 It's tedious to do more than once. The concept is fine, I mean - the mission is stupid, but it's a fine mission. But... it's just so long. This really long flight was really unnecessary. It's similar with other missions, which force you to do stuff like that - for example Chop and the scripted set of events.
