Interaction menu and profile transfer

I just upgraded from the ps3 to the ps5. How do i pull up the interaction menu in gta online?

 

Also, is there really no way to transfer my player profile and assets from ps3 to ps5?

I can't be 100% on the interaction menu thing, but I believe all it should require is a press on the touchpad. If that doesn't work, perhaps it's holding the button in the top left, just above the d-pad? 

 

Nah there's no way to transfer that to PS5 - just yet at least. It used to be a thing but that was halted. Maybe they'll open that as an option again when the "Expanded & Enhanced" version releases in mid 2021.

Thanks for the reply. I hope they do something to let us transfer our profile when the new version comes out. It's ridiculous they expect us to pay tor the game a second time but have to start over on everything. It took me a long time to get my rank up to the 130s and collect all the weapons and cars.
