Lol this is exactly what Julian Casablancas had in mind for the station; it's supposed to be weird and eclectic, overall not beholden to a single genre. The genre bending stuff from post-punk to glam rock to golden age hip hop to pop oldies reminds me of the Beach Goth lineups that The Voidz would be on in the past. It's like a vinyl crate digging type of vibe, switching it up between classics, deep cuts, and emerging sounds.

 

I mean if you still feel that way then it's fine but I'm just saying that as the station host Julian Casablancas got to pick the songs that he wanted and it didn't matter whether it was going to be a cohesive genre or not.

This f*ckin update man... I went from listening to J Dilla on FlyLo to switching to WW and hearing freaking Jamiroquai followed by Roni Size.. this updates great.. Funny I was working on an add-on station mod once which I wanted to release that actually featured a Roni Size track on it... no reason to release that now 

 

Also damn, Dynamite MC on the new Worldwide FM mix as well? He's a really unknown UK MC but if anyone in this thread ever played Need for Speed: Carbon his name might ring some bells

The list above is mainly accurate, KULT is the only dynamic station so every track is its own file and those names match up to that list.

Honestly all of these new additions are really good, it's really nice to hear some drum & bass on Worldwide from Roni Size and DRS & Dynamite MC, then hearing New Order and Joy Division on Kult, even got a chuckle hearing Zack Fox on FlyLo FM. I still need to listen to a bit more of SSLS tho but there's some good UK garage and house in there.

for those in the know Horsepower Production and one half of the duo Benny Ill practically invented the sound that morphed into Dubstep (Before it became utter midrange garbage) In around 2002...essentially mixing dark garage with dub reggae elements with clever samples all from vhs movies.

Does anyone know which version of Tainted Love appears on Kult FM; is it the original 1960s single featured in San Andreas or is it the rerecorded version released in the 70s?
