CrocMag
#1-So i just did a moonshine medium brew at 134 $ however "ONE" bottle was damaged out of 20 and i was robbed 36 dollar for this -_- I would suggest making it so you lose only 1/20 th of the price per bottle instead. #2- I would like to see the ability to store 2 carcasses on the horses when one is not riding it. one person plus one carcass or two carcass seems appropriate( 2large pelts). I got the trader dlc and lhunting wagon so it doesnt make much of a difference to me but you know with the quality of the game R* has with RDR Online #Details #Qualityoflife (Or make it an unlock some where) StyxTx

I think they mean for it to be that pricey, if you damage one; they seem heavy handed with such things. I virtually never have any get damaged anymore. My trick is just to be very familiar with the possible path, as well as having my shack somewhere flat like Hennington's Stead; there are only a couple places with possible rocks to hit, which I slow down/steer around now. I'm even at the point now where I just pass through the revenuer stops and still don't get any damaged bottles, from them or the ones who come on horses eventually (pausing then, and picking off the guys on horses.) 8 hours ago, CrocMag said: - I would like to see the ability to store 2 carcasses on the horses when one is not riding it. one person plus one carcass or two carcass seems appropriate( 2large pelts) I assume that is get you to buy the Hunting Wagon. However, one thing people have pointed out is you can "break" and use a wild horse or one of the many abandoned saddle ones you see, then you can have your horse follow you like usual and store the large pelts/carcasses on both. This never occurred to me, before I owned the hunting wagon - goofy me! I am hoping that when they likely add 10 more trader levels, to level 30, that one perk is upgrading the Hunting Wagon to store more! RyuNova
You can also store one carcass/large pelt on your Horse and Lasso and drag another carcass behind you. If it is a full delivery I ALWAYS do local, even if a daily is for long distance (just doing the "1 goods"/whatever distance after the local one.,) Do they only get rewarded the "1 goods" then? That would be funny. I can't find any info about if there is a minimum they get, like if it would be MORE than "1 goods" if that was all the wagon had? The few times someone has, they seemed inexperienced and I easily dispatched them with an explosive bolt rifle round. One time some guy got me, but then I shot him afterwards and continued with the wagon (then shot him again when he came again, not sure if some of them know how obvious that red dot is???) If the daily is ONLY do make a long distance delivery, I blow up the wagon and put the "1 goods" on the horse I have had a couple players "pause" while I was running that in, but they probably get confused because there is no wagon and I'm gone by then. Staying kind of off the road the yellow line is at helps too, as well as driving down the railway bridges and such. I always steer clear of other players making deliveries, just don't want to make people paranoid. One thing I just read is that they guy who steals your wagon has to defend it for TEN MINUTES at the drop off, while you can presumeably just kill him once and then turn it in? That is probably why it doesn't happen that much if they look at me and see that I'm level 321/whatever; though not the BEST at PVP, I can manage to kill someone at least once. The reason I attack sales if for the challenge and nothing more. Others might do it for the goods but there are far easier ways of making money. So a 1 goods wagon wouldn't disappoint me in the slightest. I also never go after low ranks and will sometimes ride along side and protect their goods (hoping someone will come to attack and make it a challenge). The most fun is going after a high rank posse of 4 or more. Getting killed by explosives never puts me off and it's just about the thrill of the chase. And you don't need to wait ten minutes at the drop off after stealing a sale. You can drop it off immediately.

Just hit level 510 today. I bought the game via the launcher as they offered a bonus 50 gold, and I knew gold was THE currency, so I tailored my play style appropriately and went after the dailies hard ever since. I stopped concerning myself about the cash after I exceeded $10,000, it just accumulates now without working at it. I did sell a load of collections when it was a bonus money week, I had 7 of each, now I have from 2-3 of each, I now sell them when they hit 4, as well as selling off individual extras over 7 (or 6 for the eggs you pick up from a ground nest) so I always have room to pick up more without having to go to Madam first. I haven't really pushed the collecting for quite a while, I just do it as I go along doing dailies. ================================================================= As far as Amy's aggressive playstyle, I wouldn't really call it griefing so much as looking for trouble. I wouldn't do it myself, but that is technically part of accepting the distant delivery, and real griefers wouldn't give a sh*t what level the targets were, lower the better and they'd usually want to outnumber them as well. My difference of outlook is that it's my time invested in the sale (and the gold for the daily, which is the only reason I do sales now anyway), and it's just me on the sale, no posse. I have considered taking a full wagon on a long run and offering it up if a low level player came after it, but it's the time and payout that would hurt, certainly not the money, and there's no guarantee that a low level would try to take it. I don't need to help out high level players, but don't mind assisting lower levels. But we each have our own view, and that's fine. I don't intend to tell someone how to play a game they own, but I do expect the same courtesy to be reciprocated. Not even the dev has the right to tell me how to enjoy a game I purchased as long as it doesn't violate terms of service, so all the "playing as intended" bullsh*t is not valid. Open world means the player's free to make their own fun. ========================================== High level streamers I watch regularly do distant deliveries with the hopes that someone will interfere for the challenge of it, more importantly they are always posse of 7 plus some more that can't join when the posse is full. I guess it's a change of perspective once you really don't need the money any more and just play to enjoy the scenery and the variety of activities. They also do showdowns, races, occasional bounties and a smattering of convenient dailies just to keep their interest in the game alive. Some of them hate the races, some don't like the showdowns, but they do it together and that makes it worthwhile and enjoyable for them. I'm mainly a lone wolf player, I'm not a FPS player, never have been, never will be. RPGs are the closest thing that I favour so that's how my perspective is framed in these open worlds (RDO and GTA). I'll likely never play another multiplayer game for all the same reasons I never did before: cheaters and dickheads think that besting you is something to be impressed with no matter how they do it, when it's really just a reflection on how sad they are as a person. I have no one particular in mind with that statement, but if it offends anyone then I don't care, because those are exactly the people who created the problem and their opinion carries zero weight with me. I was at 505 rank when I stopped. Not sure if my son has increased it. Not really sure how much he goes on but he does like pvp. I told him if he wants to do that to get his own game cuz I don't want people reporting my character for stuff he does. I played on PS4 and got to rank 330 which was a lot more difficult to achieve since that was before the frontier thing came out so the only ways to make money, gold and ranks were stranger missions, ambushes and stuff like that. All in all, between the PS4 and PC I've played over 3500 hours. In all that time I have never attacked anyone just because they exist. I only reciprocate when I feel like it, which isn't often. I find it quicker just to move on and ignore the morons. I reckon that annoys them when someone won't play their way but oh well. If I wanted to play with kids I'd get my granddaughter on here. I have things I want to accomplish when I go on and that doesn't include bothering with imbeciles. If I wanted to do that I could step outside my front door. As far as deliveries, I can't remember the last time I did one. I don't need the money or XP so why bother. I've had a full load of goods sitting in camp for 5 months. Haven't done a moonshine delivery since I got to level 20 on that. I did like going back to my PS4 roots on PC and do stranger missions. I play alone most of the time but I do have a few friends who I posse up with when they decide to come on, which hasn't been in the past 3 months. They've grown bored with the game too. I agree that online behavior that people display pretty much reflects on the quality of their real life. I've always been anti-violence and the idea of harming anyone, either IRL or in a game, just never crosses my mind. kcole4001
Same here, I only give them a fight when the mood strikes. I'm sure that infuriates them, so even better. Showdowns are a game mode, nothing more, no hard feelings, and when the others take it at face value, wave when it's done & everyone has spawned somewhere and just have to wait for their turn to use fast travel it's a nice reaffirming feeling. It's when people take it seriously and get salty things turn sour and it's not worth the hassle. I've dealt with enough stupidity in real life that I want nothing to do with it in my leisure time. Life is too short to waste any more of it on idiots. The most fun I had was one day I got invited to participate in 'drinks served' in someone's shack, then they (posse of 2) went to deliver the shine. I went along for the ride to help defend the wagon, but wasn't in the posse, which didn't matter, if it was a daily I'd already done mine and as I said I don't need the cash. Then while doing something daily related in Big Valley, I came across the leader's camp. I spotted some nice deer, so bagged a couple and dragged them over to donate to these guys, went out and found a couple more and did the same. They were both roughly around level 70-80, so already decently established, but still had a long way to becoming comfortably well off, so it was a really good feeling helping someone out with no strings attached. Hopefully that will encourage them to do the same. It's how I started doing it: some guy called out on his mic and said 'here's a deer if you want it' because he and his friend already had all they could carry. I thought 'huh! not everyone's a dick', so I looked for opportunities to spread that idea. Sadly, because of rampant cheaters, it's not worth the hassle of enduring public sessions any more, and it's not getting any better, so like GTA, I play in solo sessions. I checked to see how many hours I have in: social club says 1623, the launcher says 1740 but I suspect that includes load times, frozen screens, black screens, etc. I have started watching another youtuber's videos and it's kinda fun watching someone who's still a low level getting the hang of the mechanics/quirks of the missions & things, brings back memories of those first few weeks when everything was still new, there were goals to chase, we knew there was nothing at the end of all the money/gold grind, but there was still a long way to go. If they add something worthwhile to buy that doesn't get stale after a short time, then they can partially redeem themselves and it won't all seem like something of a waste. I has been fun for the most part, I'd hate for that to end already. StyxTx
