I want to fight biker and mafia gangs but the save editor dont work?

I love to play gta sa single player i beat the game so i out extended gang wars from silent i can fight the San fierro gangs and the some of the los santos ones like Aztec i want to fight the Mafia gang and bikers gang in Las ven but they won't show up? i tried downloading the Save editor i use Windows 10 64x bit then i got java so i went to ediot.jar and i always get the error bug? and help?

Do I put in scripts? and btw do I take me extended gang wars out?

alright,i only recommend you install skins with this,not any other script,and yeah,take out gang wars because this one already has a enhanced extended gang wars version so unistall the previous version you have,if you have any crashes or help with the installation add me on discord "Scarface#2629"
