Newer enb not working on windows 10

So I just bought a new pc installed gta sa and installed the Ethmod graphic preset enb and game doesn't start. Without enb it start perfectly but when I install a enb it won't startup.also tried directx 2.0 and mmge 3.won't worked.I found that the problem was with d3d9.dll. Sometime game also shows required directx 9 but already have DX12 .Tried every method on web but doesn't worked.However old 0.76 enb worked also Ivf doesn't work. I don't get it everything use to work on my old pc with win 10 but not for new pc ..plz help to me find a solution
Pc spec: Rtx 2060 and Ryzen 5 3500x
Os : win 10
Game version: 1.0 us

Also tried the win 10 fix batch file, didn't worked plz help me

First just to make sure download and install dx9.0

 

Second delete d3d9 and use asi version of enb , you can find it when download enb in enb official page or you can just grab the asi version in the option folder from ethmod folder

 

And install silent patch

 

Also it take sometime to launch the game when enb install ,just wait
