Unlock bonus hairstyles on old-gen using Save Editor help?

How do I unlock the bonus hairstyles on old-gen (PS3 / XB360) without having to log into my Social Club account using X3T-Infinity's save editor? Has anyone ever done this? 

The reason is I'd like to play completely offline.
