Sir Gabriel
It seems that because the race of the motorcycle officer is unknown, the English spoken by him is quite vague. Like most NPCs, they will chase players, arrest players, touch them while walking, and talk while avoiding traffic. Only two sentences are repeated when chasing players, one of which is: "You messing with a motorcycle jocker". The other sentence I didn't understand anyway, it seemed to be: "You have a bad for rest", which made me inexplicable.
Vice City criminal
not sure but I always thought he said "you're about to have (an) awful rest" or something like that. Sir Gabriel

Have you noticed that the Vice squad, SWAT, FBI and Army in the game have no voice (only in the game folder)
