theory on gta 6 the el Rubio island is part off the gta 6 map and is being teased

As some Rumors state gta 6 will take place in Miami (vice city) and South America (and some possible map leaks). Also some times it’s thought the code name for gta 6 is project America. the new teaser teases (possibly) a VI logo with the coordinates. Now my take on this is that gta 6 is being teased in 2 ways the new island is part of gta 6 it’s map sinceand is now being teased here along with those coordinates also being a possible location for gta 6 and it becoming a pretty big map.
