GTA4 Menu Problems Black Screen

Hello there

a few days ago I bought the GTA4 Complete Edition on Steam. After downloading and installing the Rockstar Launcher the game starts without any faults. I can start a new game and i can play the first mission. Auto save works fine. But now the problem. When i want to go to the menu with ESC a few tabs are dark. For example Load/Save or Audio do not show up and goes to a black screen. But the map and graphics configuration works fine.
I have installed Win10 with the latest updates and for my NVIDIDIA GTX1050Ti the latest firmware and drivers.

Does anybody have a solution for me, please.
