People who missed inventory upgrades from previous Outlaw Passes

So I was thinking about all the comments I've seen around the net and here about skipping the OP for whatever reason and also those who come to the game late and was wondering if they'll ever get the chance to catch up on missed opportunities to expand the various storage capacities. It seems kind of unfair that someone who comes in this xmas can't get access to previous upgrades. Do you think they might become purchasable in the future? Or is it a nice way to reward those who have been here for the long haul? I'm so f*cking OCD about maximising game characters in every way possible and I'd be gutted to fall in love with a game only to find out that I'd missed avenues of growth because I'm a late comer. Fortunately I've finished all OP passes to date.

I imagine they'll just keep adding repeat upgrades of various storage categories in future. Latecomers will be able to upgrade and longtermers will just have more and more meaninglessly bloated storage capacity.

I upgraded to the PC version. I’m salty I didn’t get all my previous outlaw pass unlocks. My favourite cosmetics were from passed 1 and 2
