I won't spoil the ending in case you haven't but no there isn't a way to make Mexico or anywhere else peaceful/zombie-free. When you're tired of the zombies that's when it's time to go back to regular Red Dead Redemption and enjoy the peacefulness. Jeez, im scared to go out cause' of COVID-19 anyway i will just ignore zombs. It's much longer than Undead Nightmare (which is just a DLC/bonus game really) and there's lots more to do. It's a bit easier than Undead Nightmare without zombies everywhere as well, and much nicer looking without the zombie plague mist and darkness. One of the best games I've ever played.
