How to Change Vehicles In Mission Without change the dff and txd?

So i bored Change DFF And TXD Just for Vehicles in mission, So I have an Idea To just edit the . Txt file in data! So i Can change all vehicle in mission without change its dff and txd like Rainbomizer, but I dont know how to change and which data files? So, I need your Help! Now!
