Limit adjuster that works with ENB?

Does such version of Sacky's limit adjuster exist, that has working saloader.ini and CarMods limit?

 

Alpha 8 has broken the first one and 7.5 the second one.

 

Also tried asi version of ENB which doesn't cooperate either because it seems to disable the limit adjusters d3d9.dll.
