[VC] Unhandled exception on clean install caused by OLA

My old GTA VC installation was getting cluttered up because of mods so I figured out I'll reinstall the game and mod it again. Thing is, my new shiny clean installed Vice City crashes on loading when having Open Limit Adjuster in my scripts folder (with the configuration file untouched). If I remove it everything works fine. I'm using no mods, only DDraw from Silent and Modloader with no mods (edit: and Widescreen Fix). Tried running as admin, running in every compatibility mode, adding it to DEP, deleting set file(s). Nothing works. Modloader log below.
