Running the update now but if I can't sell collections, boy I'm going to rain hell down on some unsuspecting NPCs.  I've literally been saving up about ten collections, and another three sample sets because I knew the Outlaw pass was coming.

Guess I'll wait to hear the bugs are fixed, since I already did the dailies earlier when they were .5 gold still (before the patch.)

Not sure, the icon in the corner spins but nothing happens, tried post office and madam nazar, changed session and still can't sell... Knowing R* it's probably intentional.

There is a cooldown on selling collections from now on...Or server issues:

Can anyone tell if Standalone now has a different executable than main game, so they could implement any sort of anticheat now, without messing the main code of the main game?

 

Or they just added Social Clubs license check, so you still have same executable, but cannot launch SP and vice versa?

Reckon I’m always out now. New low for rockstar. Can’t believe how underwhelming and depressing this update is. It’s also embarrassing how over the top they have gone for the cash grab with this update. I mean pass is missing a whole extra outfit yet they still want our $$$

If it's a cooldown, that needs to be communicated by the UI somewhere. "You may sell another collection in x minutes" or whatever. Not just a spinning transaction wheel that gives up after a few seconds. This is game design 101 and R* is failing it.

Since I'm not a huge fan of bounty hunter, and my 90 day streak is now gone, I may just stop playing RDR online. Congrats R☆ you just pissed off a lot of your player base.

Very disappointed from the new update

 

In summer 2023 we get new content every summer and winter they will give us 10 new ranks for the existing roles.

2 Updates each year hope they will speed things up and adding to all the existing roles 10 new ranks in the next update so they can working on new content and the update dripfeed will be over.with adding 10 new ranks to a exiting role

 

- Collector 10 new ranks

- Trader 10 new ranks

- Naturalist 10 new ranks

- Moonshiner 10 new ranks

And here I was thinking I am the only one. I got 2 levels in and now I am sitting at 1475 XP and tried multiple combinations of bounties. Damn bugs! I am not even that pissed about the cost of the 10 extra levels and how they did but the cost of the items are just outrageous...

I was able to trade one collection.  Nothing else.  Stopped getting XP on every task after I turned in a legendary bounty.  After completing 3/3 desert samples I didn't even get the .1 nugget of gold.  I turned it off.  I don't think there's a cool down on collections, but even if there were, why would it stop giving XP for everything?

If you plan on getting the new bounty outfit at 30. You’ll be disappointed to know that you can’t choose different flavors. It’s broken as well as using any coupon with L3.

This is a load of sh*t. Pay 15 gold for absolutely nothing new or game changing THEN pay outrageous prices for any new Bounty content? Upgrading should be FREE, or at least free to those who hit 20 before a certain point. Twitch Prime is just for the starter license of bloody course...

 

Outlaw pass is complete crap too. No Dutch outfit, only thing worth it is the level 2 prize which should NOT be locked in an Outlaw Pass(Multi-crafting meat!). Oh and don't get me started on the pass earning you less gold than you pay, THAT is bull sh*t! So if you plan on getting it, buy it now so you actually get the full value of gold back.

 

And nerfing the daily challenges wasn't enough, now it's a measly .1 gold! They aren't even worth doing anymore unless there's something you can do real quick for XP

The best way to let them know is to simply never log in anymore. When numbers are dwindling for a few months, only then they'll take notice.

Cooking 3 meat at once and the bounty hunter provisions upgrade were really the only good things.

Have to be higher to get the provisions upgrade, though, which doesn't work when not gaining xp.

 

Other than that, the variety of the bounty missions is OK, if there was a reason to do them.

One WEIRD thing, though, I accepted a poster of a gang of 3 or four dudes and I figured

it was like ones in the past where you catch them ALL but it is only ONE of the people on the poster.

I did a couple like this, one with guys in a gang and one with "the 3 widows", both were just ONE

of the mentioned people.

If that is all the role offers other than cosmetic stuff I'll skip it entirely.

The new gun twirls are kind of neat, but the additional ammo capacity is far more relevant (and I would think far more appropriate to being a bounty hunter).

I get by just fine with what I carry now as far as provisions go.

I don't cook meats except for dailies normally, I used to last year as a compliment to tonics, but I still have inventory from back then, so definitely not something I require I guess.

 

And I absolutely despise bounty timers and the fact that the missions often never count for dailies.

 

If they removed the timer and just made the payouts a flat rate, I would likely do them a fair bit just for variety.

But failing the mission for exceeding a timer that's the equivalent of maximum 6 hours game time (15 minutes real time) is just ridiculous.

You normally don't have time to use a stealth approach, even if the situation is perfect for it.
