Help me with this problem with FastMan92 Limit Adjuster

Hi,i just installed "things to do in san andreas" and when i try to start a match my game freezes in loading screen and then a message like this "count of killable models id exceeds 800 increase it" i increased it already,and nothing (yes i tried deleting the tag at the beggining of the text line but... there is no tag,by the way i got the 1.6 version with the patch)
