Weather tint is a colored, semi-transparent overlay effect that's drawn over the entire screen (except for the HUD, of course) in III to make up the look and feel of the weather. For example, during the early morning hours, such as 06:00, the screen looks red-ish, while at 12:00, the screen looks dark blue-ish. 1 Link to post Share on other sites
