Ped Feet partially go inside ground. Is this a glitch and how to fix it?

When I replace a ped skin with new skin, the new ped feet goes inside ground partially while standing or walking. At first i thought it was that skin model problem but for other skin replacement it is problem too. Is there any fix about this? Please Help.

I don't think so sadly 😕

Note that it's a 2004 game, and it can be pretty buggy when it comes to skins, especially at HD, HQ skins.
