Have there been Titans that always take off from Fort Zancudo?

I was driving south down the coast, and just before I was going to pass through the tunnel underneath Fort Zancudo, I saw a Titan take off and head directly West, offshore, and then it disappeared. Is this a new “easter-egg” for the upcoming heist??

No, NPC Titans, Lazers and Cargobobs always leaves or approaches in that area.

It’s a rare occurrence, but I’ve seen it a few times over the years of playing. It’s no more unusual than sometimes seeing FIB Buffalos or drag races at the LS storm drain.

They're probably flying in the perico like Barry Seal, Mena style baby, the feds and spooks and state government got their backs too. Jock Cranley needs that sweet, sweet yayo.

 

Speaking of Jock, I know he's a Republican but he looks a lot like a younger Joe Biden. The hair, facial structure and eyes all really look like Biden. I was stoned driving down the freeway the other day and I saw the Jock Cranley billboard and couldn't help but stare at it and pull a pic up of Biden on my phone. Pretty freaky and uncanny.

I see Lazers and Cargobobs over the base all the time, but I don't think I've ever seen a NPC Titan in Online that wasn't either parked or part of some mission.

Not anymore. Only on previous gen, they even replaced the common spawns at the satellite dishes to white cars and vans in current gen. Not sure why.

I've seen those mallards or something taking off from the larger airfield in bc, and private jets landing at lsia.
