VC lighting flickering

Hello,

 

I have a problem with Vice City.

The whole world is just flickering or pulsing - not in a way that textures are not working correctly or anything but its like the lighting of everything is just flickering.

Hard to explain, but I recorded it: flickering gta vc - YouTube

Does anyone know how to fix it?

Still visible when I turn off trails.

 

Installed mods are SkyGFX, SharpTrails, SilentPatch, 2DFX, GInput, PedSpeech, Widescreenfix
