BUSINESS BATTLES | Event Cargo Issues

I’m wicked sick of how Rockstar uses Event Cargo Business Battles to drop limited time items. For both the Pink & Blue DotTech Masks my crew and I cannot unlock them!

 

We spent hours and hours and days playing both events. We did a bunch of Business Battles, but none of them were “Event Cargo” — from the damn 15min wait between free roam events, CEO & MC jobs in Free Roam you’re lucky to find one Business Battle for several hours, every Business Battle I’ve encountered during event has been normal cargo rather than limited time items.

I’ve spent nearly 24hrs straight and completed about 10 Business Battles, not one was an Event Cargo version. I’m so pissed right now. Blue was the ONLY color mask I wanted and can’t get it.

That sucks.

 

Each time a battle starts it will say on the black strap if it is 'event' or not. You can set your spawn to random location and wait half a min, if an event battle doesn't start, change session.

This was a complaint a while back,  the “event” battle just wouldn’t trigger.  Just another thing that’s f*cked, just like the Simon text and the rare cargo call from the assistant.

Yep, this system really does suck. Same with Freeroam events/challenges being the global daily objective. Best bet is to not session hop as that seems to take hours. Login rewards are the way to release limited stuff, event based unlocks are far to buggy and unreliable.

i hate business battles too, while i have not missed any of the rewards, the system sucks

...and this doesn't even consider the issue of people in godmode (on consoles and PC alike) or teleporting around etc. 

I also have to make a complaint about the idea that if you've already collected one of the packages / vehicles / whatever, but then all of a sudden there's a server issue, internet issue or whatever else - which might not be something you have any control over or can do anything about - and suddenly everyone else in the session leaves (which is usually you yourself leaving) - then that Business Battle is over. 
Why? 

If you manage to collect the goods, you should be able to deliver them, regardless of what happens in the session.

Add to these issues where you get back to the club with an item and the game bugs and won't let you in the poxy club.

The text usually takes about 24mins to appear in the game.

 

It is always active the moment you have stolen a car on the 'wanted list' from my experience if you don't deliver the car but continue in that session it will never pop the text because you've already started delivering a car, it reset's once you get the delivery text if you actually take the car to the docks.

 

I have also found similar experiences with the business battles, it won't trigger event cargo for me unless I am in a private lobby with friends usually because one has been underway when I joined the public session.

I spent days irl doing over 20 business battles and not even ONE was an “EVENT CARGO.”

ALERT : If there's more than one rare items on Event cargo you will encounter a bug, When you found a ongoing event cargo on the session with 2 (or 8 crates) only deliver one crate bcz if you deliver two or more than two crates you will receive the same reward which you got from crate 1 and your rewards will be bugged and everytime you deliver the event cargo you will get the same reward (for the whole bonus week) , But if you are delivering a vehicle filled with 2 crates then the bug won't happen, 
Crates = duffel bags

It's not a bug. Unlocks are just tied by rng to each BB as a whole, not  for each crate. All players participating in same business battle get same item. Or one player gets same item over and over again as you said. Of course, it would make sense if game checked if you already own some mask/tshirt and gave you a random missing one. But hey, it's gtao..
