The empire system is broken

So Everytime someone attacks one of my businesses I arrive then I find My gang and the rival gang just staring at each others there's no real gun fight except for that car that comes and Try to attack me and my gang members keep attacking me for no reason it gets really annoying sometimes especially when I am doing an empire mission And return after finishing it I fail cuz they start shooting at me 

Also I remember that If I took over all the businesses all the gangs will respect Victor for some reasons the sharks still hate me so f*cking much

Also It looks like that the gang members don't know the paths to any of the businesses They keep running into walls and I am supposed to go and find them kill them then return to the empire as fast as possible

This is just the empire bugs
