I lost a couple of stuff in the game for no reason

I got Franklin a new beard a few months ago, but now for some reason, his beard disappeared and his beard looks very faded. I put the extended clip and flashlight and extended clip on my compact PDW, that too always disappears for no reason when I load up the game, even if I saved all that.

i also experienced that. I bought a scope on my rifle and a few days it disappears. And then i do this and it fixed. This is what i did:

 

i restarted my platform

clean the disc for exact 30 seconds (i play GTA 5 on PlayStation3)

once I opened the game, I reloaded the last game I saved
