This thread is now off th rails...i didn't read the last 25 pages that you guys were able to fill since only yeasterday! xD But this is my opinion for whatever who reads it:

Things that seems to be coming a reality:

1. New social spaces. Casino have one. Tequi-la-la and Bahamas, maybe. I guess we will have other social spaces in the new island.
2. New weapons...i just want the katana, ALRIGHT?! Ninja style! xD
3. Submarine property.
4. Customizable boats.
5. The highly request "patriot classic".
6. New radios, which makes sense, since we are in a different region. Probably we will be able to catch some Los Santos radios, not all, not Blaine County Radio, for sure, for example. But i'm having a feeling that we may get some Vice City radios, that we still catch via AM or FM, idk...bcz, for the look of it, idk if the new island isn't the the carabeans...bcz the island is called: "Cayo Perico" and have a sign saying "Bienvenidos (welcome) a Cayo Perico". Maybe it's in spanish just bcz the owner of the private island is latino.
7. Heist have maximum participants of 3. Plus, they can be done solo, lmao (probably willl be hard af), that will be the price to pay for that).

My personal concerns:

1. I'm leaning more towards the free roam, but, some lines in the newswire make me a little bit aprehensive...
2. Maybe mansions will not be a thing, sadly. Bcz, seems like we are heisting the main mansion of the island, which belongs to the cartel leader (probably he is the El Rubio, either that, or the name means the new gang) so since it have the replayability factor here, it can't be purchasable bcz it's just for heist. Some other mansion in the island...maybe.

Willing to bet we'll get something akin to WorldWide FM, blonded Los Santos, and Los Santos Underground Radio. For the first two we'll maybe get something similar in terms of genre varieties within single stations, but maybe for the latter we'll have some sort of LSUR tropical house successor (for all I know they could've expanded something like WorldWide FM or even LSUR for this update; East Los FM could possibly get an expanded tracklist after all?).

 

For something entirely new, perhaps they could bring back the cut Santos Surf radio station which could've been a west coast jazz station and turn it into a latin jazz/Sade-like tracklist. I wouldn't be surprised if a Bad Bunny/J Balvin type of radio station was added too. Lol if they added a Travis Scott-curated radio station ala .WAV RADIO in Apple Music, dude is popping up in so many brands/media this year

Doesn’t really matter to me because the same 7 songs on repeat gets old fast. Haven’t had the music on for at least 4 years now. 
 

Some metal like we had in 4 or VC would be nice though.

It was linked to a playlist by mistake now the link should display properly
