I don’t know man, the submarine thing is throwing me for a loop. I’m afraid the update won’t be “lit” so much as just set ablaze in the cleansing light of nuclear fire if that thing has PvP capabilities...

I quite liked that idea above of it being put in the Alamo Sea. I don't think it'll happen, but would laugh if that was the case.

all i know is i want the island to be accessable in Freemode, that way we can have narco themed fun on the island Or make machinimas or whatever

 

Also, i Highly doubt it will be in the alamo sea, it seems too far from L.S. & Blaine County for that to be the case

and did i already mention how much i want a Cartels update after Cayo Perico Heist update is done?

If so, i'll say it again: Grand Theft Auto Online: Cartels DLC Must happen after this update, it would be a waste IF the map is only used in the heist only & a cartels update would be pure gold

RC Island with an RC Garage for the RC Tank / Bandito and an RC Hangar for the RC drone. Very remote. Obvious really. Looking forward to sailing my "Lost" island around the Alamo Sea.

I wonder, as if GTA online was a separate game and an improved version only for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series S / X, whether to enlarge the map in GTA online add a new island and allow Rockstar to add even better updates to GTA online.

There is strong evidence that GTA will have a stand-alone version of GTAO in the future.

IF a stand-alone version appears to be happening in the future, it wont be in 2021 PS5/XboxSX/PC version of the game.

I guess they will use the old school method if the new area cost the system so much resources

I hope i'm wrong. There is always a chance R* have found a way to make it happen seamlessly but the chances are slim. Hopefully we have some more info on this subject next week to put this in the ground.

Still unclear on this.

Are they saying if you are on xbox, or pc, (OR if you are on PS5 but don't act in the first 3 months) that the stand alone version will carry a fee? That we will have to pay for the stand alone version on GTAO?

Man, look at my opinion, in the assault of the Humane laboratory, in the mission of the aircraft carrier, he can be clearly and calmly on the map next to the main map. The casino in its major remodeling is another example, the Yachts that are scattered along the coast, are also examples of "map expansions". I honestly cannot see any reasons for not putting the island in free mode, away from the coast, the gta map is not constantly rendered, if you are on the island kilometers from the coast, LS does not need to be completely rendered. I am wrong ???
