Well you can make that if you  play contact missions around 15 hours every day for the whole week. Or just play 2 cayo perico heist every day and earn that money in less than 3 hours.

Should revamp the police system from the ground up. Have actual foot and car patrols, have them attempt to bust you at 1 star rather than just shoot you dead, have better tactical AI during gunfights, better spawning during chases (no random magic helicopters spawning in at high altitudes or Sheriff Staniers at the top of Chiliad), and add new branches like the California/San Andreas Highway Patrol and off road units. From my research, the LAPD mostly uses the newer Ford Explorers and Tauruses along with BMW motorcycles. The LA County Sheriff Department use Jeep Wranglers, Tahoes, Explorers, Harleys, dirtbikes, and Crown Vics (though these seem to being phased out because of age). The CHP uses Chargers and Harleys along with the occasional seized sports car for special pursuit purposes. Different varieties of chase vehicles and tactics would make interacting with the police more fun. Trying to escape darty fast moto-cops in the city as compared to a pursuit special Coquette in Blaine County, getting into warzone shootouts with NOOSE in the city as compared to inept cowboys out in the desert. Next Gen can easily handle this stuff on such an old game.

I managed to find the R* shirt but not the hat, I have the neon bracialet though.

 

This week event reminded me of how good it is CP heist, without considering the payout. 

Doing missions with randoms is just a big pain in the ass, people not cooperating, quitting the lobby for no reason, joining and not playing or even worse obstructing the whole thing

I can't play contact with randoms because they ruin it by finishing them in 2 min with op mk2 or some other weaponized vehicle. I prefer to play them solo on my own pace. Even though i hadn't play contacts since simeon update i did try them 2 days ago and they're fun but payout is trash. Payout should be 100k minimum to be profitable compared to cayo perico. In 2 hours that i played and died on some more challenging ones i got around 300k. I could do 2 cayo runs and get 10x more. Cayo made everything else obsolete but even before that pay for contact missions was low.

Oh yeah, I hope they make female cops appear like male cops to fix this, it's stupid how female officers are only seen in the stations.

After playing the Mafia remake last week I've been on a buying spree in GTAO. Mostly kept it to my 3rd character because my main two are out of garage space (come on R*, introduce a near unlimited inventory system that's accessible from CEO office/nightclub/casino/area garage). Anyways, I bought a Wolfsbane and painted it pastel yellow with pinstripe livery, Hustler in all black with red hotrod rims, and of course the Roosevelt Valor, and next I need the classic Truffade I can't remember the name of. I'd love to see more cars from the 30s-50s. There's plenty to choose from, I just don't know if they sell well enough for R* to justify adding them. Here's hoping..

C&C is the best shot we have at any form of rebalancing so I’ll take it. Mind you, even that is laughable because Rockstar just doesn’t do balancing, but they’d have to address the fact that your police cruiser can be vaporized across the map by half the sh*t in the game now.

I'm at the point where I don't want them to mess with anything too much. They aren't very good at that, and as we all know, the game code is a mess and rebalancing seems like it could break more than it fixes. That's not even getting into their idea of what balance is, it's likely bot going to be verbatim what we've asked them to balance.

 

Honestly, I'll be happy if they just keep adding new stuff and that each update brings enough regular cars and vehicles.

We definetly need in GTA more mafia aspects, bring zaibatsu (propper livery for the z-type), the yazuka (yazuka stinger), the triads (we have livery for Hermes), and other gangs from previous Games...this could lead to opening more interiors: cluckin Bell, burguer shot, Bean Machine Coffee, etc, this businesses could act as a front for laundering the money, and maybe You need attack/defend from other gangs, this could be such a Nice addition with more older and new Cars, luxury sedans, suvs, etc, and a big mansión with luxury garage with at least 60 slots (the more the better)

This would rectify the problem a lot of players like myself had, that after Rank 135, there is nothing else to unlock through ranking up, so it'd be a great workaround to get people playing longer for something other than just cold hard cash, to reach Rank 100 and unlock all the Trade Prices a DLC had to offer. Although given how 2019 seems to have orientated the direction of Online back to Heists like we were all expecting after Lester's final phone call upon completing Pacific Standard back in 2015, with a new (and the best ever) Heist being released merely a year later and the notion that E&E will have exclusive DLC's (please let "Expanded" mean what I want it to mean R*), I completely doubt the "Criminal Pursuits" model will ever be seen in GTA Online.

I'm sure part of what made GTA IV multiplayer a fun experience (outside of cheaters) was that we created our own session with our own rules. Turning off cops, increasing weapon spawns? Excellent! Only downside was always spawning with a bloody pistol every time you died. Could make some fights a bit annoying, but perfection is a cruel mistress.

 

And in GTA IV cars were actually hard to drive in comparison with earlier installments. Made Cops and Crooks quite an experience. In gta5 all cars just handle way too perfectly.

Adding fast food, competition in the form of a rival mafia/crime org would be pretty cool and present interesting opportunities for a self contained PvE storyline, and opening more interiors in general. The mall, pool halls, maybe a gym if the fast food adds a system where the more you eat the more it depletes your stamina and health stat and exercising at the gym will increase those stats. I think R* severely underestimates how well received those things would be as QOL additions. There is definitely a demand for more casual passtimes, especially if they can be played both against AI as well as other players (when it comes to pool/bowling/air hockey/basketball).

 

Also, please do IGG3 and make it a full sized update that brings mansions and complex customization for them (fish/shark tanks, arcade games as well as pool/bowling, and most importantly stunning views of the city or beach depending on location). IGG3 should also bring expensive nice clothing, luxury and classic/super cars, and some more fancy boats and aircraft. Basically do what they did with the first two IGG but twice the size of those two combined and give us a swath of expensive sh*t to spend out Perico bux on.

agree 100%

 

custom session was one of the best things IV multiplayer had, something like that will have made gtao even better.

 

when i made the jump from IV to V i was really disappointed(still) with the cars and how they feel, in IV each car felt unique, a bit challenging and fun, going from a fat heavy muscle car into a light weight sport car was fun, in V all cars from each class feel pretty much the same, which in my opinion makes it a bit boring.

Yeah, you pointed quite good and precise things that need a revamp. The male cops with female voices, making female cops appearing not only inside police stations during missions, one other stupid thing is precisely the police chase system, like 1 star wanted level they start to firing at you like you did commite a mass murderer, the oddly thing that they use the same sedans to chase you and if you go with a sport car they can keep up with you more or less, but that's some irrelism there, they should use sport or super cars aswell and i will not even mention the super cars, that if it's the case, you only pass them by and the only reason you get a hard time to get rid of police sedans while driving a super car is bcz they spawn like mushrooms in every block. And the bikes also...we need them in free mode. the GTA IV police were more intelligent i think.

Two more important things:
1) it's so idiotic, and i give an example, when they shoot at you no problem but if there's npc's shooting you and they are nearby is like it's nothing with them. I was doing the ceo mission headhunter, i got the normal 2-3 starts wanted level, i reach my last target, cops there with me too, i didn't kill the securoserv guards i went straight to the target, mission complete, i automatically lose my wanted level, cops right there with me, bodyguards still shooting at me and the cops don't care.
2) Like i always said, the damage system of IV was way better, there you had a health red bar in wheel form for every npc, if they were using bulletproof vest it was added a smaller health bar in wheel form in blue colour, but thing is, those health wheel bar where divided in 5 or 6 pieces, if you shot one bullet one piece or half piece would go away, which meant that you could kill an npc with 4 or 5 bullets (if you didn't gone for headshot of course) but in V and worse in Online, if you're dealing with hostile npc's you need to put 40 bullets in them in order to die! Not to mention how in SP and Online if you shot at for one npc foot, THEY DIE! Even police in SP if they saw and injuried partner there's the animation of them helping them and dragging them for the cop car to protection or something, in Online they don't. There's really a need for a lot of improvements in this departments. (Even the bodyguards of ceo mission headhunter don't die with less than 5 or 6 headshots, what?! 😛 ).

Yea, why tf enemies are bullet sponges; It need to be fixed regardless if next update will be police themed (IMO unlikely to happen and CnC got scrapped due to Obvious Reasons) or not

As far as I know they've scrapped updates before but re-added them later on, I am sure CnC is no exception even if it was because of some political bullsh*t.

That's why CnC will be exception; gaming has changed (IMO for worse) and making content politically incorrect with Focus Groups (read: ResetEra) just can't happen
