Last year the preacher started posting stuff about a potential Gta vi reveal at March, in his own cryptic way.

 

Even @uNi backed that up claiming we would get something Vi related in March from the preacher.

 

Eventually we didn't so the preacher was "banned". It wasn't a true ban though just a new group called banned if i an not wrong.

 

then the preacher got his own forum with certain members of the community that he called apostles.

 

pretty crazy stuff! Tbh as long as it leads somewere its entertaining.

if we Indeed get something soon (i believe that this time we will) maybe my initial theory was correct.

vi got a some kind of a development restart. Not the map etc. But a big enough restart that would cause a delay...

Understandable. If anything, Rockstar treats or picks the theme of each DLC on a case-by-case basis, so I can see them totally ignoring all of these in favor of the content the community crave for. Yet, what I find a bit strange is that the animations of the new DJs were soft-coded. A plausible theory is that it was made that way due to covid restraints, or seemingly an initiative to improve the design approach along the constantly updated freemode creator that seems to be emphasized more and more over time.

 

You could see it as an example of them becoming more experienced with handling mo-cap and DJ-related content. They can, of course, ignore these and pick a totally different theme for the next update. Yet, I still believe the idea of featuring new DJs is less time-consuming now that we have the Music Locker and the Beach Party.

For what i understand the preacher is a character created by the staff in order to leak some info in the form of riddles and puzzles.

 

The preacher doesn't really exist as a person, obviously.

Its a smart idea really, if the info turns out to be wrong the blame goes to this fictional character and not the actual leaker.

 

Some people in this forum are in the know, yes you can call then insiders.

However Rockstar is extremely secretive and will punish anyone the blatantly leaks stuff (like the website that posted the rdr 2 map that leaked before the game was even announced) so people have to get creative in order to share inside info.

Yeah, because the code is a big mess apparently, GTA IV code was sh*t too and look how the PC port ended to be, so that´s a possible idea why RDR never made it on PC, at least they improved that with GTA V and RDR2 and was easy to port the game to PC with high performance, I still run better GTA V than GTA IV on PC lol, the port is a f*cking mess

Thats wild. Rockstar hasn't been able to manage the online aspect of any of their games. Ever. They always fall soooo flat. And believe me, I remember the times back when 2010... It is kinda shameful

Yeah, that´s something that is interesting, R* is the king of open world games, nobody can beat them, but wow, their online part is a joke, they really need to improve it, and now with more reasons because they are focusing a lot in their games online counterparts, not like in the past
