My experience with R* is that they hate fixing bugs and glitches, and would wait literally 6 months for the next update before releasing them bundled in!

Most profitable game ever and they can’t even release monthly patches to fix pressing issues – yet other companies do so for their live service style games.

Now today; two small fixes and some stability – like seriously?  I don't understand R*'s thought process

Yes, been the codename for V PC on Steam since 2015. Most devs use codenames so their projects aren't revealed by sites that access the Steamworks partner API like SteamDB.

I might be wrong, but I do recall Yan saying it was the codename for the PC version of GTA V, a few year back.

This sounds more like a goof than a hint or slip up of what's coming in the future.

 

Goof in this case being the intern who wrote this sh*t doesn't exactly know the contents of this game, and the text reviewer doesn't care that much about accuracy.

Patching often requested bugs(Titan sale glitch, Stock Faction collision issue, random time outs[which I actually believe to be a feature], etc...) is an entire different ballgame from updating the whole netcode so the game runs better...And the netcode of this game is a pile of sh*t from the ground up, that has received more and more sh*t as the years went by, and now current gen is borderline unplayable with the garbage FPS because of that.

 

For real, I load into a session now with like 20 players the FPS is at about 10 or 15...It's so f*cking jarring to look at that I just switch sessions and hope to land on a session with less players.

 

I don't know, I see them updating the netcode for current gen as just too much of a task that R* would do(they 100% can do, but the problem is that they don't need to), unlike bug fixes.

Sure, just let them downscale them to PS2 resolution and it's done! FFS, last clothing is not only atrocious but criminally low-resolution. It looks like it was a meme reposted 2000 times before being put in the game.

I was just saying we need new clothing models, and we need to be aboemto wear clothing with whatever we want. Theres no reason why i cant wear the sport shoes with the new sport pants but theres a same model of light up shoes that can go with the pants.

About my last post where apparently some people liked the idea, I bring some details below.

I did this to illustrate the police computer (inspired by the one in GTA IV). It also uses the kind of menu you see in other businesses (did my best but it looks cheap ).

It's a police computer modified by Paige or Lester.

You earn money if you stop the most wanted player.
You can hire staff. Skills are important, don't take someone who can't drive in a car escort for example. The same goes for unscrupulous vehicle seizures.
It also influences the condition of the vehicle seized, and therefore the money you will get for it.
I've just put in three weapons that I'd like to see, with their MK2 variants.
And of course we'll be able to respond to police calls and maybe use less legal methods.

 

EDIT : By the way, since the release on Xbox One and PS4, Vasquez is no longer dead, which makes her a character that is still usable. She's a dirty cop. A female antagonist could be refreshing.

Seems like the scoreboard is broken in freeroam now when CEOs are fighting each other.

 

Had some sniper battles at the airport.

 

First one i were already 8-0 up with my first kill

 

Second one i were 4-1 up

 

Third one also.  Havent killed them before

That nonsense has been a thing with MC presidents ever since they came out, someone has just joined the lobby yet they kill you and score says some weird numbers like 14-8 or something like that.
