Not sure now. But it does add new social places to dance etc so could be that we need to at least do one heist to get to visit there freely but if we go before heisting there, the heat is strong.

Should be noted; we're being tasked to steal EVIDENCE first, the art, gold or drug money is for our benefit.

 

Looks like, this is gonna be an objective focused mission with possibly a minimal set payout, but the REAL money comes from how good a thief we are. I reckon the methods will still be the same as Casino.

 

Big Con - Enter the island as a party-goer/guest or recruit of the private army.

Aggressive - Naval bombardment & full-on assault.

If you think about, there was never really a reason we couldn't do the Casino Heist solo (apart from the keycards). Had it been solo most players would have ran duos anyway to make it more efficient.

This seems to be a heist location and not a free roamable island. I did say to temper your expectations however, it looks like whatever missions are happening there might be extensive.
