They remade LA Noire a few years ago despite it not needing it, seriously I love LA Noire but it didn't need remastered. GTA IV or RDR 1 should have gotten that treatment *smh*

Now this is THE question! Taking a guess that maybe they could remaster III/VC and remake SA since it was the most loved from the 3.

I don’t want any remasters or remakes of anything but the sh*tty combat systems in every Rockstar game. Fix the shooting before we start worrying about the next title. I guess it’s nice that RDRO isn’t just a bunch of lunatics cartwheeling around with RPGs, but it still feels stiff and clunky.

I'm sure there will be groups that defy any C&D threats. I kinda doubt Rockstar can do anti-cheat through lawyers. But it's a start at least.

Kind of. They made a similar thing a few years ago. Never went through with it, they hit like one mod menu and that's it lol. Hopefully this is not the case.

So C&C is supposedly the next update then?It makes sense then to release the manhunt arcade game along with this update.The only thing is you would think they would add new weapons with the update as well,but since Cayo released new weapons idk if they would release new weapons back to back.Usually dont they do that every second update?

I think there is a Slim chance for a filler update this year mainly go kart races, would be a Nice change of pace, 1 filler March/April and 2 Big ones July and december...this is wishfull thinking but i have still hope for other ways to get AP points...the grind is awful enough..  come on Rockstar, give alternative ways to obtain those, My idea is vip jobs involving arena war vehicles and paying AP points instead of rp ( i sent this to Rockstar feedback page ) would be a Nice edition imo

Why are many people stuck with the old GTA's remake.

I think the mods probaly mean a GTAIV remaster.

 

Example, @uNi post a 3 sharkcards picture with all gta included "except" gta4.

DJWhooKid talked about the next gta will be LC & he will be included

The Mirror Park R* Portfolio picture with GTAV graphics couple years back

 

They can make more money if they add LC expansion on the EnE GTAOnline with all the sharkcards & potential DLCs

 

LS & LC might even added on the GTAOnline 2.0 as DLC for VI

Hey, does anyone remember Tiny Races? That mode was quite fun imo, they should bring it back with double or triple rewards every now and then. There's a lot of Adversary Mode that don't get the spotlight they deserve

I would love to have 1/10 the kind of optimism you guys are having right now lol. I would say its better not to get your hopes up. I srsly doubt they would make a MAFIA1 style remake of old games.

I would rather them give us creator mode for the best rated A.M.
If they are too lazy to make new maps, let the community create new Deadlines, Overtime Rumbles, Drop Zones, Power Plays, RC races etc

edit: and I didn't remember tiny races being fun. It was literally unplayable when I tried it. I remember people saying it was the worst adversary mode ever. Did they changed something about it?

Can't lie, if we did get cracking remakes/remastered versions of the 3d trilogy, they'd be an insta-buy for me.

 

As always, I expect nothing, but if we can get those remade and GTA IV and the previous RDR all available in my PS5 library, that'll be a great treat. Can't get rid of my PS3 because the 2 masterpieces I have over there.

 

And add both VC and LC stories and Chinatown Wars too while ya at it.

There are many fun adversaries to pick from.

Slipstream comes in mind.

My biggest concern is the same arcadey driving V introduced to the series... I know a lot of long time fans who are still not happy and worried about this.

 

Cars need to have weight.

Nah I am a long time fan and I am happy with it, feels like Vice City.

If they do change it, they should never, NEVER consider GTAIV as the reference, cars are cars, not boats.

They have been on sale since the first days of december, I bought GTA IV for PC with the offer a month ago and still is in offer as other R* games there bruh, I wonder if they forgot it to remove the sales or something... it´s so strange

But that will be a remake , i'm pretty sure that Rockstar is not going to remake/remaster it with RAGE , they probably gonna go with Rockstar leeds or some other studio's engine , leeds engine might have upgraded to a good level i guess , last time i saw the graphics was on VCS and LCS (pretty much like renderwave on these times) and ofc  Rockstar dundee will do the remake / remaster , ports i guess
