Who's the real winner here.. us? Players who have been stuck in the same city for 7 years or El Rubio, who has a whole new tropical island and mansion. Sure we might take some of his items but he has drugs so..

Well Rockstar never said anything about freeroam at all. We just all got to the point we're getting disappointed due our own speculation.

ya know i had this weird dream. i was flying my alkonost alongside 2 annihilator's. but then i have been shot down by a missile. i thought i died. but then, i woke up on an island called cayo perico. it felt like paradise. the tropical weather, the clear sunny skies. or so i thought. i saw a patrolboat swimming by, followed by 5 dinghys. those were armed, and ready to kill any intruders. i tried to stay out of sight. but then i saw guards in a winky approaching, as well as some heavies in a squaddie, and that's when i knew i was done for. however, i wasn't killed on sight. i have been captured, and taken to the biggest mansion on the island owned by some colombian named "el rubio". the moment i saw three italian classics parked outside, i knew exactly what my mission was. however, i had to plan it out carefully.

 

eventually they sent me home, and told me to never come back or else i will be slammed against the back of a truck. i was scared. so i went for a ride in my cute little weevil of a car and gave it some thought. that's when i ended up driving into the wrong alley. a shady dealer had approached me. he offered to sell me a kosatka submarine, no questions asked. and in fact he was willing to throw in avisa so i can begin my adventures all the way in cayoperico and 2 sparrow's as a bonus for being a "customer with a vision". i asked him if he could give me a 3rd sparrow as well, but he told me no. and then he left, quickly becoming one with the shadows.

 

i returned to the island. ready to steal everything i can. people tried to veto my decision to rob the island, in fact they did it so hard they managed to veto it 2 times. but two times was not enough to stop me. i was on the warpath. the idea of devaluing all the artwork by cutting it up from its frames like a drunken madman, the idea of using both of my hands to steal gold, this is what motivated me. i didn't care about the guards on their v-t--s. i mowed down the 2 manchez' that arrived as backup. getting past the jungle that is the cayo perico island was no easy task. but i made it. i hacked the mansion using lester's tools leftover from casino heist. i stole everything. in a last attempt to assert dominance over el rubio, i blew up any verus i saw in sight. it was only right. i stashed the loot in my submarine and sent it back home, while i, myself, stole the longfin as an extra and went away to relax on the open seas, close to the island.

 

as my eyes started to close and i slowly started to drift away all i could see is an empty void and a huge "heist passed" text. i still remember the hacking sequence in lester's leftover hacking app as well, the patterns were "0xEA313705 0xF3733902 0x9A474B5E 0x55365079 0xC58DA34A 0xBB78956A 0x4FAF0D70 0x6EF89CCC 0x40C332A3 0xEF813606 0xC1A8A914 0x3097DD92 0x3DDE781F 0xF9E67C05 0x56C8A5EF 0x11CBC051 0x780FFBD2 0xCCE5C8FA 0xA703E4A9 0x61FE4D6A 0xF376F1E6", it's so strange.
