Not gonna happen, since the speed at which you grab money in the Casino vault will specifically play into how much time the mission designers give us before the nerve gas triggers under each hacker. As for Asset Seizure & Pac Standard, while convenient, it'd be unnecessary and probably risk breaking something

 

Now for the technical answer:

(This isn't guaranteed, THE way it is done in GTA V, just an educated guess having created in-game animations and models simliar to the Loot Piles before, not for Rockstar before anyone gets funny ideas)

 

The pile of Gold in the Cayo Perico trailer doesn't match the standard Trolley pile of loot they copy pasted across all those other missions. It's not a case of, they can just apply this way a character grabs and stuffs loot into a duffel bag to an older version of an item they had to grab and stuff. The actual in-game stack of loot to grab will likely be a single object file, which is comprised of individual meshes for each individual piece of loot.

Now, Pac Standard and all the rest, are programmed to spawn in however many of the copy pasted trolleys the mission is programmed to, that way Rockstar can just reuse the animation and basic programming for it, only having to alter:

- The Loot Variable (Cash, Cocaine, Gold, Diamonds)

- The value of each individual "Grab"

- The number of Meshes on the Trolley when spawned (anywhere from 0 - however much is on the Cash trolleys), this is how Gold trolleys have less bricks when they spawn.

 

It's not just the character that has a new animation, but the new Loot Pile itself. the in-game object file which is made of all the individual meshes, will be animated either with or programmed to play in sync with the animation of our character grabbing the individual bricks.  If you play the Cayo Perico Heist in slo-mo you'll notice he scoops the brick on the left on top of the one it's resting on. The character model doesn't actually "move" that, the brick actually just defies gravity and slides on top of the one it's resting on, which when played in sync and oriented with how the character is animated... that's the illusion that is animation at work.

 

So with this "NewLootPile" object file and the animations associated with it and it alone, rather than 1 Grab = Animation of 1 Brick, with this new model and animation, 1 Grab = Animation of 4 Bricks at once.

 

In order to get the new animation of our characters grabbing 4 bricks at a time, they'd have to create Cash & Cocaine variables of "NewLootPile", and completely replace the original "LootPile" files in those older missions, AND rework the mission script, so instead of the mission checking for; All "LootPile" = 0 bricks, they'd have to rewrite it as; All "NewLootPile" = 0 bricks, and given that Pac Standard and Asset Seizure require grabbing EVERYTHING off the trolleys in order to progress the mission, there's no point in fiddling around and risk breaking something. Casino, as I mentioned at the start, the Vault timer will be based around the original version of the Grab animation, which also applies to the Art variation of the finale, which uses a completely different animation altogether that no one has any issue with.

Wow man, thank you so much for the very detailed answer! Makes sense, and as we do know, Rockstar doesn't really like reworking or going back to stuff from older updates either way. Thought it might be an exception this time, but evidently no. Still would've been interesting, but hey, I'll settle with just TCPH having the 4 gold bar pick-ups, and hope that the cash pick-ups have the same animation/mechanic in the new heist.

 

I would also like to thank you for the technical answer, from a game dev perspective, this helps me put some things in place and really think about an approach to programming (and animating!) something like this.

Yeah, really easy. The Submarine will be like the Avenger or MoC, modify the Boats a little bit like the Submarine itself. It must be.

With three aircraft coming that we know of I would hope they finally put a good Russian or American new generation jet in.

Probably not, since that will make the casino heist even easier, but I mean... would it kill anyone to let us take at least 2 grabbable objects at a time? Also saying this, the cash should be grabbed in even bigger quantities, just take 6 cash stacks and stuff them in the duffel bag, it's not that hard lmao.

 

Inb4 Rockstar give our characters the opportunity to pick up multiple objects, but give it the same mechanics and probability as the Shiny Wasabi claw game.

I think that this boat will be available for escape, we will steal it during the preparation and then, after successfully completing the final, we will get a discount

I think they are keeping it for GTA VI for next generation handling but man i'd do anything to fly F22 or Su57... At this point i'd appreciate any jet... Even an F18.
