This may be the IGG2 update of the Ps4/Xbox One generation.

I hope not. Iirc they ran multiple updates in tandem on ps3/360 and xb1/ps4/pc. It was about a year and a half after they brought out the current gen version before they abandoned last gen.

So well they add some spy / cartel thing

why can't I stop thinking about that AGENT and GTA 6 vice city/ south america  leaks that now changed into ONLINE update ?🤔

According to my theory what if the map is accessible in freeroam for us to own the mansion and air strip etc but obviously the heist will still take place aka owning all of it after completing the heist

The Vice City / South America leaks have never been verified, and the Hispanophone world is large enough that Rockstar could do more than one story in it.

Why would they bother adding a runway then? 

I also want it in freeroam but... runway could be for landing and getting away from the island, duh.  It could be a part of our getaway plan.

Back on topic, I think this "El Rubio" it's a person, not the name of a criminal organization like a cartel. I'm sad to say I don't think this new island has more than one mansion or even a small city. The chances of getting new aircraft and boats are decent too. No doubt the island is going to be accesible in freeroam, that will give us a purpose to use boats and aircraft to go there, even if it's only for a little trip it will be a lot of fresh air to enjoy in these IRL trying times. I'm not too much hyped just yet, but definitely looking forward to this.

It shouldn't have any higher requirements than blaine county, then again they don't care to optimize it so those palm trees could cut fps in half.
