I think you’ll be able to free explore it but with a loading screen. I also wouldn’t be surprised if we can buy mansions there in next gen version.

Today is wednesday. Tomorrow is the day we get a lot more information I feel. Maybe a website set up to advertise all the content, which at this point, seems to be a sh*tload. 

 

Also want to point out how r* has dropped many teaser trailers for this dlc, with one coming on a saturday and one coming on a wednesday... the old ways are gone.

Yo they also change the time in GTAO classic heists, as for example the Pacific Standard heist, it was supposed to be at night in the first trailer but they changed the hour at the morning/evening, they change the hours for some missions, it's not the first time

I think the car might be an escape vehicle for the heist. Think of it as one of El Rubio's cars! If you escape using this car, you might unlock a trade price for it.

I don't think anyone expects it to be near LS. Plus, this is during the heist where Rockstar can change the weather and stuff to whatever they want.

besides the submarine, I would guess there is some new building we can buy. It's interesting that it seems the foot locker club gets you to the new island (where another party happens) and the submarine gets you the option to do the heist. Neither provide more storage space for the new boats, vehicles, or aircraft.

Yeah the trailer wasn't that great. For me the GOAT will always be The Diamond Casino and Resort. It just had the right pace to it, ya know?
