Intuitively, its making me guess they are dumping a butt ton of new things in this bad boy apart from the obvious island itself.

Let’s hope so. The lack of information makes me think otherwise, but I’d like to be wrong. I just hope this doesn’t also mean it’s going to be even more broken and buggy than the average update, since we’re this close to release.

I think that the "lack" of information is just usual Rockstar. They teased the update a month before like they did with the casino and nightclub updates, but for the real news we'll have to wait until a week before. I believe that this week is solely focused on Red Dead Online (the fact that they changed their logo once again supports that theory) and next week is when we'll see the real news about GTA and possibly even a trailer. Don't worry, they certainly still have many things to tell us about Cayo Perico, it's just still too early.

Nah, more like big heist dlc = a lot of bugs to fix.

I wouldn't get my hopes up simply because they still updating qabeta. Its not like they adding new things 2 weeks before release lol.

Now that you mention that and to get back to my point that there is a lot of things coming, obviously. Hence the reason for patching up things this so close to the release date as you said.

 

Maybe not like the usual and expected content e.g vehicles but perhaps all of the new interiors, animations, physics, music, and etc

That's what boogles my mind...sorry people, nothing personal, but if you do this kind of sh*t like: i hate mrboss » i go to his channel to see the rage comments + post rage comments to tell how he sucks + i will open the video only to give him a dislike = MrBoss wins. Your bad comments and your dislikes don't do anything negative to him, only for the contrary, bad comments and dislikes also will make the video get more views, so, you're just helping him.

P.S.2.: And youtube policy says that nobody can use misleading thumbnails or titles for the videos, yet, seems like they are subjective...if you're a small channel you're f*cked, if you're a big channel (which equals more revenue for the owners of youtube and other companies that make those ads), they tend to let it pass.

EDIT: Also, what QoL changes can we expect to see. After all, it's often the little things in DLCs that tend to stand out the most. Shortened mechanic cooldown (Arena Wars) and LJT Texts, anyone?

I think Rockstar was teasing cayo perico from April , Gerald last play was about drugs and he also sent a mysterious text message after the player complete all 6 missions, and also rockstar added drug cars on summer special (another short tease) , i think Gerald might make an appearance on cayo perico heist.
