RDR2 Companion Glitch: How to get dutch?

I have dutch in the camp, but when I do the companion glitch i cannot get him. I can consistently get everyone else but not him. anyone know a fix for this?

I got same problem. I had everyone in the camp in this video, even i got cain the dog. But dutch didnt appeared. Getting dutch in chapter 3 is too rare. If you want him, i prefer to use chapter 2 save to get Dutch. Its more easy to get him in chapter 2

I see that you even have Trelawny, that means you've done the mission to rescue him in the cornfields, and after that next mission to do is Blessed are the Peacemakers, and Dutch is nowhere to be found. Just Micah outside his tent, even after you start it Arthur asks Molly where is Dutch. That might be why.

I was able to get Trelawny, Dutch and sometimes Karen alongside the other gang members at around 7-8 am

The only mission available I have is the Molly Oshea An honest mistake mission

I have Dutch's Pipe request which gives his icon on the index which I think also helps spawn him

I load a game at around 1 pm or so then I sleep to the morning in camp, wait for 7 am to come and then I do the companion glitch which usually gives me Dutch and Trelawny with everyone else

I can often pull him in chapter 6 he seems a bit more aggressive than some of the other gang members, I've had him shoot an NPC for bumping into him

 

I think he's gotta be fairly nearby when you kill yourself
