All you need to do is to beg money to your mom/dad to buy GTA 5, and when you already got GTA 5 download this mod: -this link is deleted- This mod will remove violence and bad words in the game! No storyline missions! You can customize Franklin's Buffalo and Michael's Taligater! You can roam around San Andreas. And the most main thing, the Strip Club and the AmmuNation in GTA 5 is completely closed. The radio stations are only few, and you can't acces the in-game Television. And one more, you cannot switch to Trevor. Anyway, enjoy!
