Social Club not accurate. AT ALL!

So i usually only play story mode on xbox one. Very seldom i play online. I synced my RSC with my XB1 account and everything seemed to sync fine back in 2018. So i go to check my stats, and it says my total cash earned was -160M while my cash spent was -2.1B. I have never modded in this game and i only bought one shark card (not relevant to story mode i know). I used legit cheats once without saving. This shows similar across all three characters. For franklin i currently have $1,100,559,410 and 800M with the other two. I make most all my money LEGITIMATELY GRINDING the stock market, only LCN, never BAWSAQ. So what gives? Is this really a problem dating back YEARS from what i see? If this is just an issue that rockstar never fixed or addressed, they should feel ashamed of themselves to allow such incompetence. From what i perceive, this looks like what has happend, unless someone else may have some insight they could elaborate to me so i have a better understanding of whats going on? Id really appreciate it. Thank you so much!
