Why does every character in the game keep shouting so goddamn loud

Something I noticed while replaying the game is that outside of the cutscenes all of the characters keep shouting even if there's nothing to shout about especially Lance kinda reminds of Photo opportunity in GTA SA but atleast this one had an explanation

Im replaying through VCS aswell and noticed this. its mainly the in gameplay cutscenes that are not motion captured.

 

Its doesnt fit right, every conversation there yelling at eachother.

 

That's right I remember photo opportunity was supposed to take place from a helicopter, hence the shouting.

not Going to lie it's funny as f*ck to see them having Normal face expression  but they are shouting so loud like if they're talking from their stomach or something
