Remember, this isn't 2001-2010 Rockstar. The only thing we got in the past 8 years was RDR2, I doubt they'll release E&E and announce three remasters plus the new GTA in one year.

 

Apart from that, oh my god I can't even tell you how much I do not want remasters. This remaster trend has to stop.

 

R* is currently developing GTA E&E , and E&E is going to be a bigger thing than the remasters , GTA 3 is just going to be slightly remaster for it's 20th anniversary, 2021 is all for E&E

To be honest, I feel like that 3D Era remake rumour is the biggest bullsh*t on this forum.

I've played a few remasters and I never got the same feeling I had back then. I actually get kind of bored by playing the same game again, only 10+ years later.

I envy the people that can do that, but I just can't.

There's a few games I played more than once, one of them being V - not because I really wanted to, but because I kind of had to and the game wasn't that old back then. (PS3 -> PS4)

 

I bought the Trilogy on PS4 and I feel that's enough. And it looks quite good.

There's no doubt its in development 

 

I just don't expect it till 2023-2028 

2028 that aint happening at it aint been in full production since 2015 like some would suggest earliest 2017 probably 2018 when rdr 2 wrapped but it wont be any later then 2024 i imagine and thats assuming covid might have knocked it back a bit i still think announcement this year early next year for late 2023 release

I mean, Rockstar would have to change everything, especially voice actors. It's not like they are going to use the same voice tracks, or maybe that's what people think is going to happen...

He's fine. He just vented in a way he (in the end) knew he shouldn't. Solo spoke with him about it. Everything's fine now.

Why? All they would need to do is graphically update the relatively small map which modde4s have been doing for years!

No... they would even have to redo motion capture scenes, which means new voice actors.

Don't forget about everything else, models, vehicles, etc.

They are not going to be full remakes. They are going to be remasters. Much better remasters than the current ones, but not full remakes.

March '22 is most likley less than 6 months after the release of E&E. On top of that GTA Online is free on PS5 for 3 months after launch. I think it is safe to assume Online will do very well and have a high player base (because its FREE of course) so March 2022 could still be too early. Maybe an announcement for autumn 2022 is more likley. At this disappointing rate, I'm expecting a 2024/2025 release for VI. That will be 4/5 years into life cycle of the new consoles. Fun Fact: RDR2 released 5 years into the 8th gen console life cycle.

 

(For the record, I think the 3D remasters are complete bullsh*t.)
