I also think it's fake, because the guy posted a soundtrack LMAO. But I don't understand why Rockstar_Mag would confirm that some elements are true, I mean it seems to be something fake and the lucky person got something right? Or could it be a person who made a concept of what he saw or knows?

Just wait and see: when these leaks prove to be false they will say stuff like "no no we didn't mean that! You didn't understand what we were trying to say/our words got paraphrased etc." 

 

Rockstar mag and its members sit in the bottom of the barrel for me in terms of leaking stuff.

Cant believe people are saying the next Red Dead game shouldn't be about the VDL gang - that entire franchise revolves around them. It's not like GTA where every game features an entirely new set of characters with no narrative crossover. People always seem to forget that GTA and RDR are different games.

They haven't leaked anything that turned out to be true, not even once.

However they teased leaks countless times. Always fake. Always not delivering any results. Always ending up being a tease for a personal project nobody gives a f_(#($ about

 

I know i sound hostile but i have to warn people since i was fooled countless times in the past by them.

 

You and Delta are more reliable when it comes to leaking stuff than those so called insiders

 

Anyway i don't want to make this uncomfortable for anybody let's move on. Just be careful who to trust.

Could not agree more. "Red Dead Revenge" would be a fine title. And a story à la the Blueberry comics set after the Civil war and partly during the Indian wars would be grand – a young military protagonist that goes rouge and ends up on the side of some tribe.

I think Red Dead Redemption is an iconic title that Rockstar wouldn't want to move away from, similar to Grand Theft Auto.

It's a good point. But it's one that we really can't nail down. RDR2 was a prequel, yet it's numbered as a sequel. My interpretation is that the Red Dead Redemption series is about characters who undergo some sort of redemption arc before they pass. Perhaps if the next game isn't titled Redemption, it will be a different theme?

It does make sense, though. At that point we had two games: Red Dead Revolver and Red Dead Redemption. So it made sense that they'd use another 'R' title. In the end, they kept Redemption as it was a connected story, unlike Revolver which for all intents and purposes doesn't really exist. It was a capcom game, and not as serious tonally. It's referenced in Redemption. But it could easily be 'in-universe' myths and legends. Maybe it's true, maybe it's not. If it is true, it certainly didn't happen the way we see it in the game itself.
