San Andreas already had this

and this

and SA was set in 1992 so flying motorbikes with missiles in 2010s isn't entirely unthinkable in GTA universe honestly

To me it's less about being unthinkable and more about completely destroying immersion. What good is driving any car or bike in GTAO once you have the Opressor? Once cars and bikes have become obsolete forms of transport in a GTA game, you're falling deep into saints row territory.

The last time we had a discussion about a female protagonist it turned into a discussion about a gay protagonist. I remember that three people were banned (one of them was me) but there was probably more. I don't how it ended but I'm sure it was not friendly.

I honestly don't think immersion is a priority in online and Oppressor made traversal so much easier. If they try to add these "things" in single player I'd be pissed but in online I don't really care.

I've just read some awful posts on Far Cry 5 forum (don't do that, people on these forums are crazy), and somebody suggested that a developer should be murdered, beaten to death, for some inconvenience related to the plot.

 

Ubisoft administrator replied with: Thanks for the feedback everyone!

To me it's the opposite considering you have cheats and other game breaking things in the single player, so it would fit better there. For online though the Oppressor genuinely feels like a cheat code that you can purchase lol. It makes traversal faster sure, but it makes like 90% of the other vehicles in the game useless considering it does pretty much everything.

 

Also it looks goofy as f*ck seeing a floating bike whizzing by in the distance lol.
