loud fan problem playing RDR2 .no peace and quite.

Got a little bit of an issue on my xbox one S.

The fan is too bloody loud. all I want is peace and quite.

 

I tried everything to clearing the cache and cleaning the disc machine with a cleaner and cleaned it like 3 times over and over.

still the bloody game uses up high speed drive and I really all I want is peace and quite and silence and the sound of the disc case fan gives me anxiety and high blood pressure Just listening to the high speed sound.

 

How on earth do I fix this issue?

can something be done about it?

I looked online and apparently others are having the same issue on other consoles too with loud fans playing RDR2. 

I am buying a ps4 pro on saturday or next week and hoping that is not loud also.

I am trying to Just ignore the high sound of the fan.

It's so annoying I just want m console to shut up and play the disc without the noise.

any solutions? Should I restart the console? or Just clean out the fan by hand? I don't want to pull my entire console apart.

Just it only goes high sound like this only on RDR2.

I don't have this problem on my one s but I do have on my ps4, what fixed it was cleaning the console and changing the termal paste
