Is it just me, or are there more griefers/tryhards this month?

I don't mind try hards OR griefers but throughout September I've seen not so many tryhards /griefers. But it's middle of October (Actually Middle to End of October) and I see players flying around in their jets (Yet again I don't mind that) but they just blowing up people's cargos and killing lower ranks. Is something wrong with GTA Online that I've seen more try hards and griefers more this month than last month?
