Can you change the gang's animation? GTA SA

If I want to change the GSF's animation to use Triad's animation is it possible? I've replaced the fam1, fam2 and fam3 skins with others and now their hands start glitching when they do the hand signs animation.

 

Happens when they randomly do the hand signs while in a group, or when they are alone and checking out a dead body. How do you do it?

Hey, thank you for the clarification. I tried, they still do the hand sign though, noticeable when in a group of four, they will randomly raise their hands and any models other than the fams will have glitched hands. But then, if I swap or add any models into Triads gang they worked fine.

 

I've changed

 

gang1, ped, walkcycle, 6

Same thing, although their idle, running/walking style has changed but they still does the hand animation when in group. I've also replaced the gang1/gang2 to man/sexywomen in peds.ide they still does the hand thing. Lol

you mean the f*cku animation of ped.ifp

then it's either hardcoded or maybe assigned by decision

i think it's a hardcoded allocation, the animations when the smoke joint also

Thank you for the infos, I gave up trying lol. Btw, if you don't mind me, is there a way to define Catalina voice lines in peds.ide to make it work? like if you replaced a peds model with her skin. PED_TYPE_???,VOICE_GEN_??? Her model works fine in-game and it would be great if she talks too. Or are we looking at something a lot more complex

Wow, she actually talks quite a lot when she is not in a group (since I put her in the gang), I don't think you can hear those during her missions. So far, when she is in free roaming mode, all alone, she says sh*ts like "I know you think I am a crazy bitch", "I offer you my heart", "remember me, always, like this". Why they record all these and no allowing us to listen to it for the entire game?
