Vehicles OAC New Error

I'm trying to import some sirens and OpenIV Validator is telling me that in the vehicles.oac, it cannot find the RACEBIKE_CC1000_IGNITION_TAIL.wav even though it's both in the .oac and in the vehicles folder fine and dandy.

 

I would stick a picture but I don't know which button that is.
