KingTheSon 1,827
For Some Reason, GTA 4 has so much Film Grain when Outside, it makes Niko Barely visible, i checked around and people say deactivate grain in display, but there is no Option for Grain there.
Niobium 11,445
that is a bizarre bug, i've never seen anything like this before. only TLAD has film grain, and that can be manually turned off. i can only imagine TLAD being the culprit. what version of IV do you have. do you have IV: the complete edition? or do you have an older version of IV with TLAD as DLC? if you have TLAD, try loading a save from there and disable film grain in the options. that might disable it in IV. if that doesn't work, maybe it's an issue with your graphics driver. what GPU do you have?
